Designation of Witcham parish area as a 'Neighbourhood Area'

The parish of Witcham has been successfully designated as a Neighbourhood Area and the Witcham Neighbourhood Plan Working Party will now work with consultants in moving forward for the preparation of a Neighbourhood Plan.
